Booking requests

Your preferred date and time are a request only. Penny personally confirms the appointment and arrangements before you make plans. No payment is taken through this website.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact Penny as soon as possible if you need to change a session. Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and package arrangements are agreed with you before you commit or pay.

Oracle orders, delivery and returns

Oracle deck prices, stock, ordering, delivery and release details are not yet confirmed. The website does not currently take oracle orders or payments. Before ordering, please ask Penny about the total price, delivery costs and timing, and the arrangements for returns or a problem with your order.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these arrangements excludes or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
